It creates a complete process where yo have a mechanical, chemical and polishing action existing in conjunction with heat and water in various stages that fill the glass scratch, without removing glass stock. NO Distortion We uses non-abrasive compound and polishing pads, so it won't leave a low spot in the glass that causes distortion. We know that for most glass professionals, visible distortion is not acceptable.
